1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Padelya you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Service description

Padelya allows you to organize padel tournaments: create tournaments, generate the fixture, record results and standings, save players and groups, define prizes and odds, and share everything with other people.

3. Plans and subscriptions

Padelya offers a free plan and a paid subscription, Padelya Pro. The free plan allows you to create up to 3 tournaments as an organizer; Joining tournaments that other people share with you does not count towards that limit. Includes flyers with the classic template; other templates and customization require Padelya Pro. Padelya Pro removes the tournament cap and unlocks all flyers and their design options. It's an auto-renewing annual subscription - the price and any introductory offers you're eligible for are displayed in the app before you confirm your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation and automatically renews at the indicated price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and request refunds, from your App Store account Settings; These operations are managed by Apple.

4. Your account

You need an account with a name and username to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide truthful information when registering.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully. You must not introduce content that is offensive, illegal or that infringes third party rights, nor attempt to access other people's data, violate the security of the service or use it in a way that harms other users.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (names of tournaments, players, results, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you, including displaying it to people with whom you share a tournament.

7. Sharing and invitations

When sharing a tournament you are responsible for having the consent of the people whose data (such as names) you include. Whoever receives an invitation only accesses the tournament that you share with them.

8. Availability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Padelya will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages due to loss of data, use of or inability to use the application. The organization of each tournament and the veracity of its results are the responsibility of each user.

10. Cancellation

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes in terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after the changes are published implies acceptance.
