The dates and times you need

You will be able to choose from which date to which date the tournament is played, or add individual days if they are not consecutive. For each day, you will indicate which courts you have available and what time the availability of each one begins and ends.

For example, court 1 may be available on Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 and court 2 from 16:00 to 20:00. On Friday they may have other times. Each court will have its own configuration.

A calendar with space for details

Tournament creation will show a schedule summary. A separate editor will let you add days and adjust court hours, keeping the main form easy to use.

1. Open the day and time settings when creating or editing a tournament.
2. Choose a date range or add each day you need.
3. Activate the courts for each day and define their start and end time.
4. If the format includes finals, choose its date and time.
5. Save the calendar and generate the fixture.

Fixtures will respect court availability

Matches will be scheduled within the available times and will show their date, time and court. The calendar will take into account the duration of the matches and will prevent a court or a player from having simultaneous matches.

If there is not enough time for all the games, the app will tell you so you can add another day or expand availability. When adjusting the calendar of an existing tournament, the results already uploaded will be preserved.

You can also separate the finals

In formats with a final phase, you can reserve another day and a time for the finals. This way you can spread the initial phase over several days and close the tournament at a later date.
